LIAM PLUNKETT

LIAM Is a World Cup winning English Cricketer and Strength and Conditioning Coach, now residing and coaching in the United States, who has been playing as a professional cricketer since his debut in 2003. With a wealth of experience from his 158 appearances in First Class cricket, Liam has played not only at the highest level, but around the world with the best international players and environments. Having retired from International duties in 2019, Liam is now dedicated to passing on his knowledge and enthusiasm to young and growing cricketers not only in the US, but around the world.

OLLIE RIX

OLLIE is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, and Sports Injury Specialist who has worked in a range of professional sport environments including cricket, soccer and rugby, as well as teaching Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees at two London Universities. With an emphasis on using research, experience and a broad range of approaches, Ollie focuses on improving athletic performance through structured physical training, healthy habits and an holistic approach to exercise & recovery. Ollie is extremely passionate about sport, in particular cricket, and enjoys working with a wide range of people and personalities to perform but also enjoy fitness and health.

CAT HAMMER

CAT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist specializing in Sports Nutrition, working as the Head Sports Dietitian at the University of Pennsylvania for all 33 sports teams, as well as owner of Hammer Fuel Sports Nutrition: a virtual private practice where she works with athletes of all levels and consults for numerous sports performance facilities. Cat earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from West Chester University, followed by her Master’s in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa, and Dietetic Internship at Virginia Tech where she worked with an array of populations including the Naval Special Warfare Group TWO in VA Beach and the athletes at Virginia Tech. As an athlete Cat was a 3 year starting catcher on the softball team at  West Chester University, as well as working with Major League and Minor League baseball as Sports Nutrition Assistant. Cat is extremely passionate about considering all variables of athletic performance, including nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress management, and highly values collaboration with other health professionals when working with her athletes.
